Startups Can’t Revolve Around Their Founders If They Want to Succeed

> A strong statement from Shikar Ghosh "firms aren’t murdered by the market; they commit suicide because the founders can’t or won’t adapt to the organizations’ changing needs". It is a challenge even if the founder is agreeable to stepping back, to find the right CEO to take over. You need an entrepreneurial executive who is good with people. Also his/her agenda for the company has to be aligned with the founder's. But that is what makes these searches very interesting and exciting for us!
