A founder busy with building a company, doing something completely new should have very little if at all any time, to talk up her company. In other words the real ones unlike the fake ones will be under the radar, with a CEO who is too busy making things work, to have the time of the day for media interviews, speech giving etc. Why is there a need for us to put these founders on pedestals even before the company has launched its products and proven that it is here to stay??Issues on the founder/VC side as well as the media for creating hype without substance, way too early in the life of the start-up.
