They moved Sergei and Larry to the right roles, while getting professionals to run the individual businesses, especially Google. Now with this stock award they have incentivized Sundar Pichai to do his best without looking around. They have brought in Diane Greene another great executive for the Cloud business. Very impressive, especially when you see the shoddy job done by most public company boards.
