Billionaire Michael Dell Strikes $67B Deal For EMC In Biggest Tech Buy On Record

Some acquisitions look right and this one is definitely in that class. Dell has revamped it's leadership and therefore has the management strength to pull this off. EMC has some good, some bad and lots of ugly parts which it is finding hard to reconcile and manage. Dell will come in and do a proper clean up which should produce a much better overall entity for employees and customers.
