An Indian company is launching a $4 smartphone

> Agriculturists turn tech entrepreneurs and pull off an impossible feat of launching a smart phone at $4. 1+1 just does not add up to 2! Red flag; India is filled with ventures where the funding is suspect, the founders do not come with the right background and overall are just shady companies. Is this all we deserve after boasting about the great tech talent we have and "Make in India" slogans?
